Hi, I’m Maegan! I love to scrapbook. You may have figured that out already. I am a picture taking, Etsy shopping, Pinterest pinning, party planning, craft making, home decorating, (gluten free) treat baking, mother of two darling little girls.
I started (paper) scrapbooking in 1999, and converted to digital in 2005 after my oldest daughter was born. When I originally founded Scrapaholics in 2005 I scanned paper layouts and burned them to CD for customers. As my passion for digital scrapbooking grew, I transitioned away from scanning and into designing digital templates and supplies. All of the products at Scrapaholics are supplies I have used to create my own layouts. I’m all about streamlining the process and helping people get their layouts done. That being said, I am an equal opportunity enabler. On my blog, I like to share about fabulous supplies, ideas, and inspiration I find from everyone and everywhere!
When I am not scrapbooking (which is most of the time – LOL!) I am volunteering, acting as a taxi service, navigating the extremely tricky world of food allergies, or doing glamorous mommy things. I am also the founder/designer of Simply Styled Home. Simply Styled Home is where I channel my inner Martha Stewart and party planner.
Publications: Before the majority of scrapbooking magazines closed their doors, I had a dozen or so layouts published in Simple Scrapbooks Magazine and Digital Scrapbooking Magazine. I was also the featured scrapbooker at Big Picture Classes in September 2011, the featured scrapper in the August 2007 issue of DST (Digishop Talk) Insider, and won the layout competition at the 2004 Creating Keepsakes Convention in Portland.
